WE CAN! logoAt Community Health Network, we are committed to keeping families in the best health possible by promoting good lifestyle habits from an early age.

  • WE CAN! is a science-based national education program from the National Institutes of Health. Web site
  • WE CAN! at Community Health Network is led by registered dietitians and exercise therapists.
  • WE CAN! participants learn to build a fun, active life by focusing on healthy food choices, increased physical activity and decreased screen time.
  • WE CAN! is a family approach. The whole family forms new healthy habits they can practice together - for a lifetime.
