Emergency Services

Emergency ServicesUnlike standalone ER's, Community Health Network's state-of-the-art emergency departments are attached to award-winning hospitals, giving you access to a full spectrum of services and specialists. Our team of board-certified emergency medicine physicians and certified nurses and respiratory therapists has expertise in treating emergency medical conditions and managing crisis situations. And we are committed to making your family's emergency room experience as comfortable, and quick, as possible. From treating chest discomfort and signs of stroke to head trauma, asthma attacks, broken bones and open wounds, our goal is to treat you appropriately and promptly so you may return to what's important in your life.

We are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week for walk-in visits, emergencies and ambulance runs. We strive to provide a prompt and accurate diagnosis based on qualified assessments and clinical tests, and prescribe the appropriate course of care. With the full resources of our staff and hospitals, we have a variety of advanced testing procedures and specialists available if needed. In addition, The Indiana Heart Hospital offers the area's only dedicated heart emergency room with a cardiologist on site twenty-four hours a day and advanced GE digital technology.
