Outpatient quality of care measures 2005-2007
After three years of tracking and monitoring our quality of care journey, Community Physicians of Indiana would like to share our progress. We feel and hope you will agree, our journey has made significant improvements for our patients.
We started our quality measurements in 2005 and have spent considerable time and resources in system design, testing and implementation, as well as human discussions, training and education. Providers and staff have exceeded our expectations in adoption of new technology, adjusting to volumes of data and accomplishing the work necessary to make this data what it is. It is because of our physicians and staff that we have made such significant progress in such a short period of time. These data define us and challenge us to continue to improve the health of the patients who trust us to do the right thing, every time, to improve their health.
